Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and s99my ("s99my", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the s99my website located at https://s99my.cam/ and all associated pages, features, services and information published thereon.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using s99my immediately.

s99my is an English-language online gaming information platform directed at adults residing in Malaysia. The website provides editorial information, educational commentary, game-category guides, bonus-term explanations and responsible gambling resources. s99my does not operate as a casino, sportsbook or payment-processing service. Definitions

Acceptable Use

When accessing and using s99my, you agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian law and to refrain from any activity that may cause harm to s99my, its users or third parties. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools to extract content from s99my without written permission.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or compromise any security feature of the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of fraudulently claiming bonuses or referral rewards.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing.
• Reproducing, distributing or publishing s99my content without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to access any account, system or data belonging to another user.
• Introducing malware, viruses or any harmful code into the platform.
• Using s99my for any commercial purpose beyond personal information access unless expressly permitted.

s99my reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate measures including account suspension, legal referral and co-operation with Malaysian regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

Clause 5

Registration and Account

Certain features of s99my may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information at registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the life of the account.

Account credentials including your username and password must be kept confidential. s99my will never request your password through email, live chat or social messaging. You must notify s99my immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each eligible person may maintain only one account. Where duplicate accounts are detected, s99my may merge, suspend or permanently close the duplicate without prior notice and may forfeit any associated bonus balances that were obtained in breach of these Terms.

s99my may at its sole discretion require enhanced KYC documentation before activating certain features. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport or other documents specified during the verification process.

Clause 6

Payments and MYR Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on s99my are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency option has been explicitly offered and accepted. The following payment methods may be supported subject to availability, eligibility checks and your payment provider's own terms:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. s99my does not accept cash deposits, cheque payments or third-party transfers made from accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of outstanding KYC requirements or internal fraud reviews. Estimated processing times are stated in good faith but are not guaranteed. Bank holidays and payment-provider processing schedules may affect timelines.

Clause 7

Bonuses and Promotions

s99my may from time to time make promotional offers available to eligible users. Each offer is governed by specific terms that are published at the point of promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 10x, 18x or 35x). A 10x requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means eligible bets totalling MYR 1,000 must be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds becomes available.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, individual bets may be capped. Placing a bet above the stated cap may void the bonus and related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a lower rate such as 10% or 20%.
• Expiry Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated activation window, commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions limit the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings regardless of the balance reached.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are intended for one individual per household, IP address or payment method. Multiple claims using the same details may result in forfeiture.

s99my reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value prior to fulfilment of all applicable conditions.

Clause 8

Game Rules and Wagering

The rules of individual games — including slot mechanics, live dealer procedures, sports-market settlement methods and odds calculation — are determined by the game provider or sports operator concerned, not by s99my.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. The account holder must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps including identity, age and payment method confirmation.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
3. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted and may be declined and flagged for further review.
4. s99my may request additional supporting documentation where a withdrawal triggers internal risk controls, anti-money-laundering processes or payment provider requirements.
5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published within the payments section of the platform. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, s99my makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for purpose of any content published on the platform. All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

s99my shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on third-party platforms.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on s99my.
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• The conduct or services of any third-party payment provider or gaming operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

Clause 12

Responsible Gambling

Clause 13

Account Suspension and Closure

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• False or misleading information was provided at registration or during KYC.
• Fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity is detected, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting or chargeback fraud.
• An account has remained inactive for a continuous period as defined in the applicable account management policy.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted by the account holder or received from a recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• s99my receives a lawful directive from a competent Malaysian authority.

Upon closure of an account, any verified withdrawable balance after deduction of forfeited bonuses will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Clause 14

Amendments

s99my may amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, s99my will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days.

Continued use of s99my after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is shown in the header section of this page. Earlier versions are archived and available upon reasonable written request.

Clause 15

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of s99my or the Services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Prior to initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Malaysian dispute resolution mechanisms.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court of law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
